Nicolle Bruett is the founder and principal of America Legal Solutions, a legal operations company she established in 2013 to support corporate governance, securities compliance, and transaction execution for private companies, funds, and legal teams, under the supervision of licensed attorneys. She directs every aspect of the company, from client engagements and service design to the systems that run it. Nicolle has also served in the Capital Markets group at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she managed a portfolio of more than 100 client matters for late-stage technology and public companies and led IPO-readiness and corporate-record reviews. Before that, she served on the Technology and Life Sciences Global Operations team at Goodwin, managing transactions, securities, governance, and equity matters for hundreds of domestic and international companies and investors. Earlier in her career, she supported Bay Area law firms on corporate matters as an independent paralegal consultant and founded and ran an online retail company, overseeing sourcing, vendor negotiation, sales, marketing, fulfillment, and finance.

Nicolle has held her paralegal certification for more than twenty years and has spent over a decade running her own company. Her work spans the full company lifecycle, from formation through financings, M&A, tender offers, and pre-IPO readiness, for some of the largest venture-backed technology companies and funds. She has worked directly with founders, general counsel, CFOs, and boards on multi-million-dollar financings and closings opposite the world's leading venture firms. She designed ALS's four-stage review model, under which every AI-assisted output is verified by a person and every engagement is performed under attorney supervision.

Nicolle holds a B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Chico, completed the first year of the Juris Doctor program at California School of Law, and holds an ABA-approved paralegal certificate compliant with California Business and Professions Code Section 6450.
