Nicolle founded America Legal Solutions in 2013 to provide senior-level legal operations to private companies, funds, and legal teams. She has held senior corporate paralegal roles at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Goodwin, supporting capital markets and technology transactions teams on high-volume financings, M&A closings, Securities filings, 50-state blue sky analysis, and cap table administration for companies from high-growth through pre-IPO, and publicly held companies.

She partners with founders, GCs, CFOs, and outside counsel to translate legal complexity into practical action. All ALS work requiring supervision is provided by former BigLaw partners.
